Sam’s SEO Coalition Hub
Privacy policy
How our private business workspace handles connected account data.
Last updated: September 16, 2026
Who operates this tool
Sam operates SEO Coalition Hub for the owner and authorized team members of our businesses. It is not currently a public subscription product. This policy covers the Hub, its connected publishing workflows through our self-hosted Postiz workspace, and these public information pages. Contact: sam@escapetovr.com.
Information we access
- Google authorization: account or channel identifiers and authorization tokens needed to maintain a connection. We do not receive your Google password.
- Google Business Profile: authorized account and location identifiers, business details, performance metrics such as views and interactions, posts, and reviews including reviewer display names, ratings, text, and replies where those features are connected.
- YouTube through Postiz: connected channel identifiers and details, video information, and the media, titles, descriptions, and publication results needed for authorized video publishing.
- Workspace and support: team access information, content and media supplied by our team, operational records, and information you provide when contacting us.
- Website delivery: hosting providers may process IP addresses, request details, and security logs to deliver and protect these pages. These public pages do not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
How we use information
We use connected data to show business performance, organize content, prepare review replies and business insights, maintain connections, troubleshoot failures, and carry out publishing actions authorized in the relevant workspace. Access depends on the permissions granted and the features enabled.
When AI-assisted features are enabled, relevant business context and review content, which can include reviewer display names, may be sent to the configured AI provider to produce drafts or analysis. The Hub does not operate a general-purpose AI model-training service.
Who can access it
Access is limited to authorized operators and service providers needed for the enabled functionality. These include Google for its APIs, our hosting and infrastructure providers, our self-hosted Postiz system and connected publishing platforms, and configured AI providers for assisted features. Publishing sends the selected content to its intended platform and audience. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to investigate abuse or protect security.
We do not sell Google user data or share it with data brokers. Google API data is used for the connected features described here, not for advertising targeting. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Storage and protection
Operational data is stored in our managed application infrastructure and backups. The Hub encrypts saved connector credentials at rest and restricts access to the workspace. Connections to Google APIs use HTTPS. Our connected services apply their own storage and access controls; no storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and deletion
We retain connected data while needed for the enabled business workflows, reporting history, troubleshooting, and applicable legal obligations. Disconnecting or revoking Google access stops future authorized access but does not automatically delete previously stored records, backups, or already published content.
To request deletion of stored connected-account data, email sam@escapetovr.com and identify the account or business involved. We verify the request and remove applicable active records unless retention is required by law. Backup copies may remain until replaced through normal backup rotation. Content already published to Google or another platform may need to be removed separately on that platform.
Your choices
You can revoke this app’s access at any time in Google Account connections. You can also ask the administrator to disable a connector or assisted feature. For YouTube, Google’s Privacy Policy also describes how Google processes information.
Changes and questions
We update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Material changes to Google-data use will be disclosed and any required additional consent obtained before that new use. This tool is intended for authorized business operators, not children. Send privacy questions or requests to sam@escapetovr.com.
